As you are aware, Palworld is currently in early access, which unfortunately brings a lot of issues ranging from memory leaks to server crashes. We recognize these challenges are significant and want to clarify that they stem from Palworld itself, not your servers. The developers have released a new update today, and we anticipate improvements in the near future. In the meantime, if your server is not starting, locked or not responding, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Backups page and create a backup.
2. Go to the Files page and delete everything except the "Pal" folder.
3. Rename the Pal folder (e.g., Pal-old).
4. Click on the Re-install server button on the Settings page.
5. Move your progress files from Pal-old/Saved/SaveGames back into the new Pal folder.
6. Start your server from the Dashboard.
